Returns & Exchanges

It just doesn't work out.

Babys On Broadway believes customer satisfaction is important. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it, as long as its in its original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange for store credit within 30 days of the order. Refunds will be issued, less the shipping, gift wrap and return shipping charges. Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items. Email our {} within 30 days of receipt of the item with your name, order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund or in store credit. Store credit does not expire. All refunds put back on a credit card will be issued within five business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

If the merchandise is returned used or not in original packaging, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

Strollers, car seats, furniture and special orders (items that are marked shipping within 1-3 weeks) or drop shipments are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged passed the initial three days after order date. If an item is damaged upon receipt, Babys On Broadway will work with the manufacturer to obtain the necessary replacement parts or product. Please email {} in the event you do receive your product damaged.

•Unfortunately, Babys On Broadway cannot refund shipping costs.
•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•Personalized items cannot be returned.
•Special order items are returnable within the first three days of your original order date.
•All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
