Returns & Exchanges

It just doesn't work out.

Baby's on Broadway wants you to love every product you receive from us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. Please note the following return policy:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase
  • Custom or special order items such as chairs, cribs, dressers, car seats, strollers, etc. may not be able to be returned
  • A 25% Restocking Fee will apply to returns/refunds of $250 or greater
  • Employees reserve the right to refuse a return if it violates the return policy. Store credit may also be issued at the employee's discretion.
Email {sales@babysonbroadway.com} within 30 days of receipt of the item with your name, order number and reason for return. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue you a refund or in store credit, less shipping expenses. All refunds put back on a credit card will be issued within five business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Damages

If the product you receive is damaged, please send photos and a description of the product and damages to {sales@babysonbroadway.com}. We will work to get you a replacement for the piece(s) as quickly as possible. Please note that in these instances, shipping times are out of our control and we cannot offer refunds due to extended shipping times.
