If the product you receive is damaged, please send photos and a description of the product and damages to {sales@babysonbroadway.com}. We will work to get you a replacement for the piece(s) as quickly as possible. Please note that in these instances, shipping times are out of our control and we cannot offer refunds due to extended shipping times.
Due to the fact that breast pumps & parts are considered personal hygiene products, per industry standard, they are not returnable once opened. All pumps are warranted directly through the manufacturer, not through Baby's On Broadway DME Services. If you have any issues with the pump, please reach out to the manufacturers directly. Unopened/seal intact pump returns can follow normal store return policy.
